The Football for All project is an initiative under WCC focused on reconciliation and the reintegration of communities. The program uses football as a tool for healing and social inclusion, with special activities designed for kush recovery survivors and individuals affected by the impact of kush drug abuse.
The project seeks to provide the necessary infrastructure and structured coaching programs to enhance children's football skills, technical finesse, teamwork, and discipline. Through regular training sessions and organized matches, participants are supported to develop their competence and confidence, enabling them to compete at higher levels of the game.
In addition to sports development, the project incorporates continuous monitoring and evaluation. Participants’ progress is reviewed during coaching and counselling sessions, as well as through match performance assessments. Comprehensive documentation is maintained through detailed project reports.
The program also actively engages parents and guardians to assess the broader impact of the initiative on children’s lives—particularly in terms of improved confidence, behavior, social interaction, and overall performance.
