All volunteers are trained to not only offer a friendly ear but also to identify additional services required and to signpost and refer individuals to other organisations. Volunteers should be available to attend short informal training for 4 weeks. Starting every september we need help from Business owners, NGOs and Governments sectors in Sierra Leone to support our youths:
